OUR STORY
Designed with purpose.
Built from a dream.
"Did it always look like this?"
It's the question guests ask most when they walk through our doors for the first time.
The answer is simple: not even close, and the transformation was anything but ordinary.
Long before LOX Beauty Collective became the luxurious, light-filled space you experience today, it was something entirely different. What now feels effortless and inviting began as a vision, countless hours of planning, and an enormous amount of hard work.

LBC was designed & built by owners Laura and Brett Bosse, who dreamed of creating more than just a salon and spa - but a destination. Where beauty, wellness, and genuine connection could coexist, inside a space that felt restorative & inspiring...and unlike anything else in the area.

WHERE THE VISION BEGAN
LOX Beauty Collective wasn't an idea that appeared overnight. Laura began working in salons at just 15 years old and has spent the last 13 years behind the chair as a stylist. Along the way, she also worked in hospitality, where she discovered that the best businesses don't just provide a service—they create an experience that makes people feel genuinely cared for.

Every salon she worked in taught her something: what elevated the guest experience, what supported beauty professionals, and what she wished existed but never quite found.

Laura had a simple vision - to build a place where exceptional beauty professionals could grow thriving businesses, and where every guest felt genuinely welcomed, cared for, and inspired from the moment they arrived.
BUILDING THE VISION
While starting LOX Beauty Collective, Laura & Brett took on the challenge to design and build every inch of the building, by themselves, as the sole general contractors, architects and designers. There were long days, late nights, constant problem-solving, and countless decisions made in real time. All striving for one goal - so they could create something entirely new - a space designed around people instead of services.

Not just beautiful. But, Intentional.
LOX was built from an aging residential building. The building was taken back to its bones...
Walls were demolished. Every mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system was removed and replaced. New framing transformed the interior, while engineered structural beams made it possible to remove an entire floor—creating the open, light-filled space guests experience today.

The finished space speaks for itself.
But knowing what it took to build it makes it even more meaningful.
From the beginning, our vision extended far beyond beautiful interiors. We wanted to create a place where beauty professionals could build businesses they were proud of—supported by a culture that values collaboration over competition.
Every detail - from the layout and lighting, to the guest lounge and patio - was designed by us.
Because beautiful spaces don't happen by chance.
They happen with intention.

GIVING BACK
ALONG THE WAY
During construction, we opened the building to the Clearcreek Fire Department for live training exercises.

Firefighters don't often get opportunities to train inside an actual home—with real walls, rooms, stairways, and floor plans. Since the building was being completely transformed, we saw an opportunity to support those who serve our community every day.

It felt like the perfect way for the building's next chapter to begin.
THE TRANSFORMATION -- AND LOOKING AHEAD
LOX Beauty Collective was never just about creating a beautiful building. It was about creating a place where people could grow, connect, and feel their very best.

The building may be complete, but our vision never stops growing. We continue to invest in our team, our professionals, and the guest experience because we believe excellence is never finished.
Thank you for allowing us to share what we've built—and for trusting us to be part of your story, too.
